Question ignition ground wire or alarm system accessory output wire...

Hey...i want to install a led scanner light and i cant find one of the wires, which is the ignition ground wire or the alarm system accessory output. if anyone knows where one of the wires could be located and or knows the color of the wire or knows a websites with daigrams and pictures please help...thanx

Well I'm not sure what a led scanner light is, but if you need to tap into the electrical system you can usually use the fuses on either side of the dash (open your driver side door, look around knee level and pull of the plastic covering to the fust box). your owner's manual tells you what fuse is for what, when I hardwired my radar detector I used the fuse for the windshield wipers.
