Ideas for 04 TL Audo Setup?

Well, I have been waiting a while to save up enough money to get a better system for the car and I finally have about $600 - $800 to spend. I'm wondering if some of the audio experts can help me choose parts that would sound good with the TL acoustics. I am looking for clean bass, not TOO much punch. I am thinking that maybe a 12' would work, I think that maybe 2 - 12's might be over excessive. In my Legend my setup was PG amp + 2 PG 12' subs, 1000 Watts(don't remember how many ohms). Any recommendations + help would be greatly appreciated. Also, I want to make sure that it doesn't sound nasty outside...I'm cool with being able to hear the bass bump from outside the car(actually it's kind of cool at times), but I don't want to hear the...nasty, rattling bass.

Thanks

Would you be doing the installation?

Where are you in OR?

I'm located in Beaverton. I'm actually looking for a place to do the installation also. My friend and I were gonna do the installation(he is the expert, i was going to learn from him), but he's too busy with work.

By 'better system', do you mean better subwoofer? (I don't believe you could beat the TL's sound quality for $800, so I'm guessing you just want to beef up the low end).

I know where I'd take my car if I lived in Oregon!! (Elduderino is highly esteemed around here, and happens to live in Portland).

Uh, NW 18th and Lovejoy, #109 : ) Still getting going, not all my gear is in yet, small specialty shop with a showroom and 1-car bay, seperate fab shop.

DLS, Nakamichi, avincar, Cascade Audio, Alto, Dynaudio, on the way are a/d/s/, Clifford, Sirius and XM, etc.

check out avincar.com, and contact me and you can listen to the TSX. We can get you set up in that budget and we have a 14-day trial policy on installs.
