I just ripped my dash apart to find, once again, the IceLink Dension sent me doesn't work. The first one wouldn't even engage; that is, the stereo wouldn't even switch over to CD-1. This unit will play music - but there is no control from the stereo (updated firmware, unplugged stereo, rebooted iPod, etc.). Either I'm just real unlucky or Dension is having some quality control issues.

Now I get to send the thing back and see if the third unit actually works.

 

Sounds like the 1st one was a victim of the SHOND firmware problem...
