Hello,

I just installed an icelink R2 in my 01 CLS 6 Cd Bose stereo. Upon installing it, it light up Dension Icelink & then nothing. I cannot control anything through the ipod nor the radio controls. Yet if I put it in the cradle playing it will work, but still cannot control songs all buttons are frozen. I see there is suppose to be a menu to access but I can t get there either... Am i missing something?

Yeah I had that problem. Search on that, It just doesn't work. Don't waste your time exchanging it, just get a refund.

 

Sometimes unplugging it and replugging it in fixes that... but I agree, get a refund if you can, it's a glitchy unit.
