I went to a shop to get some speakers installed, and when I got my car back my passenger window will not roll down. The motor still works but its not going anywhere. Would the installation have anything to do with this?? The shop said no but my point was that it was working b4 i took it to you.

 

Take it to them and just take off the panel and have a looksee!

 

As a shop owner and as a former telephone tech support troubleshooter, I would say it's likely but not neccesarily the install. I assume they had the driver's door open and the driver's door is the master power window switch.

 

why would it have to do with the drivers door? The motor works, it's as if the window is off track.

thats why i think they messed something up, they also dented my hood and my cup holder no longer opens all the way
