I needs mids....help me decide

I have the bass, i have the treble, now i just need mids. I used to have infinity reference 6000cs's, but i never got around to installing them and just sold them. What are some good reliable mids to use. Check my profile for current listing of audio setup. Thanks.

BTW-i can get good deals on Boston Acoustic, so if those are any good, please let me know.

Back in the days where we were matching up mids and tweeters from various driver manufacturers and making our own xover networks to make the whole thing work... wait, hold on, I do that now : )

Just go with a Boston mid-tweet set. I don't think they're the best out there, but they're competent, and you need the mid and tweet and xover to all be matched for better sound. Down the road you may decide to go a different route, but for now just get a comp set from Boston and see what you think.

If you really want to learn how to match drivers and make xover networks, it's complex, but there are some places you can go learn on the web...
