I need help wiring.............HELP!!!

Alright guys, here's the situation. I am installing a pioneed DEH-P8400MP (deck) and a pioneer SDV-P7 (dvd-player), and I am having a little difficulty with the wiring.

The deck puts out 50wx4, and also has pre-amp outputs (rca). Since I am going to be using the stock bose amp, I am forced to use the pre-amp outputs, because 50w into the amp will blow my speakers....right? Now, there are two sets of pre-amps.......one set for the front and one for the rear speakers.

My question is: How do i separate the polarity of the rca cables? I mean how do I splt each individual rca plug into separate positive (+) and negative (-) connections? Is there any other way I can install the wiring to the amp? I cut open one of the rca's and see that it has an inner wire which is insulated, surrounded by another set of wires.............

Guys, any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated, becuase I need to get this done as soon as possible!

Thanks.

Just cut that shit open. You should be able to figure it out once you see the inside.
