I need help!!!!

I recently came across an 15" Eclipse sub pretty cheap so I had to buy it. The problem is that I want to make ( or have one made) a sealed or ported enclosure for this sub. Of all the trunk setups I've seen on here, nobody has ever used an 15" sub. I need ideas. I don't know what to do!

Get a box made to fit the trunk lines. It's going to be a BIG box though. You could get it made the width of the trunk between the wheel wells, & as high as the rear deck. You might have enough room to still acces the spare. Have a shop run the specs of that sub, & see how big of a box is needed.

You will need a monster amp to power an 18 too. Mono 500W RMS at least.

What model is the sub? Eclipse makes three different models of 15" subs...

It's a 15" sub and the model is 87151.4. I figured one 15" sub in a sealed or ported box would save me more space than using two 12" subs in a bandpass box.

Here's the link!

My friend had two rockford 18" subs in the back of his maxima . No trunk space at all . However the Rockfords only took 200 watts max , 100 watts rms . The shit pounded though . Broke the trunk springs in his car cause the subs had to be facing up to fit .
