I got a price quote.. is it too much?

Hey guys just curious if this is an ok price.....

I have all the stuff, so this price is basicly for labor...

Run all the wires, install 2 amps in the floor so its flushed nicely , run the wires to the interior speakers, and sub.

Now they want to install the sub in the spare wheel.... they said i have alot of room that they can make a box to fit in there. (1.4 cubic box sealed) They have to make the box. This is for one 12" IDMAX

Price for everything is $400 just for their labor and wires. Is that too much?

That sounds a hell of a lot better than what I was quoted. For basically the same thing, amp flushed to trunk, run all new wiring, custom fiberglass box, and a cap they wanted $1500+.

45 for each amp wiring kit ===90
amp rack for 150=========150
sub enclosure w/dynomat===160

NOT bad at all...make sure it is dynomatted and 1/2" thick MDF board or better. Other than flush mounting will they also use vinyal to cover the amp rack and enclosure and paint matching to the car so it looks accented??

That is what I paid for my install (labor only). My amp has a bass booster, so he mounted booster knob by the cruise on/off swtich and also put an on/off switch behind the hood release tan.
$400 is not bad as long as you are comfortable with the installer.

I had mine done in Cartoys and they actually wanted alot more, but I bargained them down.
