how much to install alarm?

u guys with alarms how much did u pay to have it installed?? and does it cost more ifu have more functions that need to be programed?

Yes it cost more if you got more functions that need to be installed...cost wise i cant tell you what something like that would cost today. An alarm is only as good as its installation so make sure this guy knows what he is doing and hides the unit somewhere it cant be accessed easily.

Shimbo I do have a question though for you, since the CC i work at won't let us do security for second gen tl/cl's no one here is real sure if I am going to need a relay to bypass the stock security system. Did you have to buy a 555 or 557 relay with the alarm?

wow so lets sa the viper is around $200 install is liek $300?
didnt know ti was gonna be that expensive.
