HOw many Watts is Stock 2k1 CLS system?

Also, why do people want to replace it????

It sounds very good in my opinion.... Are other systems better?

Also, where is the amp for the stock systme?

The wattage isn't meant to be revealed per Bose's comment on their website.

Why do we replace it? Simple, cuz it sucks.

If it sounds good to you, you can keep it and save some money for other mods.

The amp is in front of the jack. Click on the link in my sig and go to sound template. I got a pic in there.

Do u know approximately how many watts is Stock systme?

Why wouldnt BOSE want to reveal it?

I cannot give you any figure (even guesstimate). However, I doubt that 1lb. heavy stock amp would put out much power.

The second question, you can contact Bose and ask. I really want to know also. From their website, they say some shit like Bose's system provides superior sound quality with integrated components, therefore, you don't need to know the specs.

25Wx4 as it turns out. Here's the e-mail from Bose.

Hello Ronnie,

Your system has a 4 channel 2000 series amplifier @ 25 watts per
channel for a total of 100 watts.

can the bose speakers handle more than what they are recieving right now. like 100w to each channel?
