How many amps is the stock alternator in a 2002 TL? thanks

I am sorry that I don't know the answer but most stock Alt's have the required output need to supply JUST the car with power. When adding audio and other items to the car only takes away from the car required needs. So be sure to consider batery and other upgrades when adding to your car.

i believe the stock alt puts out somewhere around 120amps..

105 w/o NAVI and 120 w/ NAVI, I believe or something like that. I have over 1100 Watts RMS with my system and the stock electrical system powers everything just fine.

The J32A1 engine is 105A and the J32A2 is 120A.
