Okay.. I just got told that my 99 TL has two Amps.. One for the speakers and one for the Sub.. I thought the speakers fed off of the Amp in the Head Unit and there was no external amp for them...

Could someone please clear this up for me.. I have a feeling 'that audio shop' was just blowing steam ...

 

get with UNCALD 4 about this. this guy really knows his product. but in the mean time, I believe that on your TL, you have an amp built into the deck and on the CL (2nd gen), the amp is in the trunk. so its impossible to have both. u have a bose system right? I know what you mean about audio shops jerking you around. cant stand f*&^*^ers like that.

but like I said, you might wanna confirm this info with him.
