well, if it is anything like the TL navi's, which there are conversions for, It might be along the same lines. Maybe you can PM one of the guys that made the TL conversion system and see if they are workin' on an RL one. Its nice to see someone moddin' and RL

look at the threads here that reference DVD to Navi conversions. I don't think anyone has specifically addressed the RL yet but use the search button and research it a bit.

For a simplistic explanation it works like this:

Your screen is in the front of the car on the dash (of course)
Your Navi computer is in the back of the car (in the trunk I guess for the RL as it is in the TSX, TL, CL, etc.)

To get DVD to the screen you must put a switch between the screen and the Navi computer that will allow you to switch the input from Navi to DVD. Along with the switch you must also get a converter that will change the output from the DVD to the same type of output that comes from Navi (RGB output).

Usually the conversion requires cutting 3 wires and splicing onto another one. There are some plug and play conversions as well. The whole process is simple once you have the conversion stuff you need.

The only problem that you are going to face is:
a. finding a plug and play specific to the RL as it is so new and demand isn't that high. Unless of course there are similarities with the TL system.
b. finding wiring diagrams if you need to go the non plug and play route.

Other than those issues the modifications is very simple and painless. Just finding the right equipment at the right price.
