Plunge router with a circle cutting jig.
Here's a link to the jig: http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...ID=10577&DID=7
This is the most incredible circle cutting jig I've ever seen.

When you install a system, minimize your time fabricating things that can be purchased cheap. MDF Rings
I've spent many hours building something that I later found out is already made. Would have saved me many late nights.

haha yeah. i could buy them.. but what if you needed a certain size? i just recently bought some 7" woofers and no one has those..
so that jig adapter thing.. you can cut rings with those? i was wondering, how do you cut one circle, and then cut the inside of it too? how do you hold it while cutting with a jig?

I actually get to cheat and use a $50,000 CNC machining center or if I make them out of aluminum, I will use a CNC Lathe. But, I do own a machine shop so, that does help.
