how do you bypass an Indash dvd player??

how do you bypass an Indash dvd player??

Hey u guys i am getting a pioneer avh-p6500dvd head unit, i had a 6600 head unit before and it was already bypassed. This one does not play while the car is driving so i wanna know how is it that u bypass it. Because i want to watch the dvds while im driving like the old one i had. please let me know i got a good deal on it but this is the only set back.

not pos exactly how but i think it has something to do with grounding one of the wires from the head unit instead of connecting it to the parking brake. i did that in my si and it worked with my sony flp screen not tooo sure about your unit though

u need to ground the parking brake wire... but i would do that first then check to see if the unit has more overrides that will be needed...

I hope you mean you want to play DVD for you PASSENGER(S) while the car is in drive.
