honda accord install shock sensor
honda accord install shock sensor
I have a 2001 Honda Accord Ex Sedan V-6. Can anybody tell me how to install a dual stage shock sensor? Or where to go to find this info? It would be greatly appreciated.
I dont think you can add dual stage shock sensor to stock alarm and make the alarm works like dual stage w/o out a custom built external circuit. At least, not in the CL.
If your car has stock security, you can add shock sensor (single triggered only, no matter single or dual stage sensor is added).
Hope it helps.

what do you mean an external circuit? For the first of second stage? I just hooked my first stage into the horn so the horn goes off first then the alarm.... works great!

For the first stage, if you hook the horn's ground to the shock sensor
, the horn can fry your shock sensor's little circuit. Also, you need a relay so shock sensor is only on when your car is not running, otherwise, your horn goes off all day while you are driving around
