does anyone know if a cd changer out of a 2000 accord, will work in a 2000 TL.. Do we still need to use an adapter or will the same cable work?

i installed the honda 6 disk changer in my sisters 2000 accord, but her lease is up in a couple weeks and if it works in my TL, i will pull it and try to install it.. Both the accord and TL radios look very very similar, and i'm assuming it should work.. does anyone know for sure??

How can i mount it in that spot in the trunk? The accord changer came with the counsol mount kit, im sure won't fit right in the TL. But i want to put it in the trunk anyways.. Do you need the brackets to install it there or something??

ALso, what's the best way to run the cable to the front? DO you have to take out the rear seat to get the wire through?
