OK heres the deal...I have the MB Quart Audio components as listed in my sig and I am in the process of ordering MB Quart premium component speakers...i plan on having everything powered by these two amps...the 15" sub by the RAA1000...now to my question
Should i consider getting my alternator respun/ubgraded by a company...oreven getting a higher output alternator OR will my current TSX alternator be sufficeient to keep everything running fine withough draining my battery
I did some searching and saw some of my possibilities but i would like the opinions of the experts here...if anyone things my setup could be better if i changed my plans im open for ideas...just wanna keep it sounding good and running well
thanks in advance for the help

i read somewhere that its a misconseption that changing the battery helps...it makes sence if you think about it...the alternator is what charges the battery and if the system drains the bettery faster than the alternator can charge it then it doesnt matter how many batterys you have or what kinda...eventually they will drain...so the way i see it is I need a new alternator OR i can run fine with the one i have

Give us a chance, will ya?
From the power you seem to be running, you do not need a new alternator. You probably want to do the big three upgrade of the battery ground wire size, the alternator-battery feed wire size, and the engine ground wire size. That will make a significant difference in what you get out of the current (sorry, had to say it) alternator.
I would recommend a better battery (Optima yellow-top, Kinetik, Exide Orbital, etc.) . You might decide to install a cap - I said "might". If so, I'd use a C.A.P. or something with a lot of capacitance.
But you don't need to do the alternator thing.
