This is on a 1997 3.0 CL.
I am using quality ballasts and bulbs, and I am using a relay harness that connects to the battery, the ballasts, and one stock lowbeam plug.

My problem:
-When driving with everything hooked up, but without my HIDs on, my left turn signal would not work.
-When the car sat with the engine and lights on while I aimed the lights, the HIDs went out and my left turn signal came on and stayed on as if a headlamp.
-I turned the car off but left the lights on, and the HIDs came back on and the turn signal light went off.
-Now, when I have my HIDs on and use my left turn signal, both my HIDs blink like turn signals!

How in the world can this be happening?
I have no clue how the signal to the lowbeams and the blinker are getting related.

I can only guess it is something to do with the relay harness.

It says 12vdc 40a/14vdc if that helps.

I really want to get this fixed before I have to go somewhere!

WTF?> Have u tried not using the relay and just hooking it up to the stock wiring. That's what I have done. But the kits I buy are plug and play. This is a weird problem
