Help with sub box and amp

First here are some pics of the cardboard (template) box I made.

After doing alot of calculating, I came up with an interior volume of
.54 ft^3. Will this be big enough for a JL 10W6V2? Also, will the JL 250/1 send enough power to the 10W6? I'll be using the TSX 6x9 speaker connection as my source for the amp.

Thanks for the help guys

Did you take material thickness into account?

How much space did the panhandle add? was it worth it? (with 3/4" material I kinda doubt it...)

Are you planning to glass this?

yup, used 5/8" thick wood for the calculations. I don't know the exact volume of the panhandle because of it's proportions, but since I only hit .054 ft^3 I figure it can't hurt to have it there. Don't know how to glass, so I think I'm going to use 1/4" panels to clean it up and make it look flush, then wrap with vinyl.
