Help! Static in DVD audio

Hi I just installed a DVD player along with Blitzsafe adapter. When playing mp3 cds, the dvd player have some static to higher volume. Please help!!

Here is more info:
No brand name in dash DVD player runing on cig adapter. I modified the cig adapter to go through a power noise filter. It is just temporary.

I would like to know:
1) If i install a Noise filter/Ground Loop Isolater between DVD and blitzsafe, would that eliminate the noise?
2) If i did install a NF, will it make the sound worst.

3) If wire the dvd player into the car with proper wiring, will that take care of the static?

4) Another dvd player perhaps?

Any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Well, you say it only happens with "higher volume". Is that radio volume or DVD volume?

well, 14 on radio, since the dvd volume have no help on the static, so i just leave it on medium high. Not really hi volume, more like high pitch, and high notes.

woooh.. You say "When playing mp3 cds, the dvd player have some static to higher volume."

And how is the sound during a standard dvd?

If you burnt the mp3 discs.. It could be anything.. Ranging from compatibility of the brand of discs being burnt to a flaw in the dvd player with mp3 playback..

Thanks all, i got it fixed. I installed a XO vision noise filter for the RCA output from DVD to blitzsafe. Now everything is fine, the volume is a bit lower than before but no static, no crackles.

Thanks for the help
