HELP!!! my subs beats weird!!

Sometimes while listening... or when i turn on the music... the subs make a thumping beat like a heart beat... "boom....boom....boom..." i can still hear the heart beat thumps when i have the volume all the way down or changing tracks within a cd. this occurs only from time to time... but once i hear this, i usually turn my music off for awhile and turn it back on hoping it would do that again... this started to happen a few days ago and i've had the amp for half a year.. i figure it couldn't have been the wiring since if it was... it happen earlier.... please help me out!! TIA

It maybe caused by a loosed speaker wire.

i am using stock deck with stinger lin converter... how do i check if it went bad? also... when you refer to speaker wires... do you mean the wiring in the sub woofer box? the connection between the subs themselves to the ports within the box? i went to ask the local shop and asked and he said 2 possibility... 1. wiring 2. amp screwed up

regarding speaker wire, actually, it maybe every wire that involve in the sub. Lineout Converter wiring, RCA from LOC to amp, speaker wire from amp sub box and all the box internal wiring.

alright thanks alot guys.. also one more information i left out i think it that this bumping only occurs during the period that i just started ... it kinda like needs "warming up" like the car... after awhile its doesn't come back... it usually come bumping alot during the first few minutes of car starting up...
