So I finally want a system back in my car. I'm going to start out with a head unit first then progress into amp/subs/speakers. I'm thinking about getting:

I know the 2nd one is a 2-DIN, which I don't know if it'll fit into my car or not. If it won't I was thinking about the 1st one.

I really think the 1st one would be awesome to put into my car, because of the touchscreen and because it hooks up directly to my ipod. That way I can control my ipod through the screen. Price really isn't a factor since I have a job this summer.

BTW I have a 97 2.2 CL, if that helps the decision if the 2-DIN would work. Thanks!

 

I would go with either the 1st or the 2nd one. Now, I like the 2nd one because everyone would go with the flipout headunit. Not many people have screens itself. Now I dont know about 97 CL, but there is someone on here I believe who makes brackets for it. Good Luck!

 

is the alpine double din even out yet, I heard they weren't being released until april...Where do u plan on purchasing it from?
