Hello, I don't know anything about audio systems, but I do know where the ground wire and the red plug goes, where do I connect the rest of the wires to what? I want to take the wires from that ugly amp to the new Alpine.

 

Going by your pictures, the "ugly" amp is using only one channel. If the new Alpine amp is only going to do the same then:

Large red wire looks to be power or 12+ wire
Other large wire is ground
Green wire is remote turn on. Runs from radio to amp to turn the amp on when the radio is on.
Red plug is rca cable
Other two wires will be speaker wires run to the speaker terminals of the new amp.

Edit...It looks like the Alpine is using speaker level inputs. If that is the case, you will not need the rca cable(red plug).
