i only paid 375.00 or somthing like that for my factory unit woith mounting bracket. i talked them down on the price since i paid 30K for a car i figure that is the least they can do! also you can get a cheaper unit but i got the OEM because it is covered for 4 years and 50,000 miles under the factory warrenty. you will never get a warrenty like that on any aftermarket changer. I installed mine myself and saved the overpriced amount Acura wanted to install it. it took me about 1 hour and was a peice of cake! also if you need to get service they won't question who installed it as long as it is OEM they will remove and service it for you. the extra cost is worth the extended warrenty IMO.
good luck!
