Help on car Alarm
This is not a hard question DEI the company that makes Viper also makes Clifford alarms. DEI purchased Clifford over a year ago
but the Clifford name is still there. Some Clifford models are more high-end than Viper models. I guess its all in what features & model you want. I went with Clifford 2yrs ago before they were purchased by DEI. I got my alarm because of the built in Black-Jax anti carjacking system. I was thinking this was the only way anybody could get the car unless they had a tow truck was to carjack me. I took care of that with my Clifford they may jack me but the car won't get very far. The car will go about 250 feet (a short city block) then it stops & alarms in full mode & they can't restart it. When you return to the car you can take control of it via your code. It all depend on what you want but they are owned by the same company now. I also just thought about it & not sure but all places that sell Viper might not sell the Clifford models. www.clifford.com

Both are very high quality alarms, I would say some of the best being sold.
Clifford is still more "high-end" with fancier features and higher prices.
Viper is practical, reliable, and more cost-effective.
Take your pick based on your financial situation and your desired features.
