having a problem with my subs blowing
I have a '02 TL-S w/navi, I had a set of JL W3's installed and every two weeks they have blown, one time the amp shorted out, and one time they stopped going past a certain problem. I think all together they have put in 2 amps and 14 subs, I am convinced there is something not working right with the car and they just keep trying to fix it and failing and don't want to admit it. So I guess I just want to get some feedback from you guys on what it might be and what you would do in this situation. Thanks

I have a full monster cap, I have an appt next thurs to get it all replaced again and they are building me a new cutome enclosure ( I think they might not have enough air) if they go again Im just gonna try and get my money back and go somewhere else I guess
I had the same problem w/ my RFs, i blew like 20 of them before i figured out that i should be breaking in the subs, try running them at half power for like a day or so and then go ahead and crank them they should be ok

fixed it
It was the space, I switched from two JL 12W3's to one JLW6 v2 and it works perfect, Also I had to turn it around for some more extra breathing room, I highly suggest one very good 12 over 2 good 12's. It is a sealed box
