Yo don;t need to double post for the same question. If someone did, they already posted. I'll be the first to get your thread started..., NO.....I didn't do it cause I got the Nav......and the TSX is a POS....so don't bother

Did that..but dunno wether it is the same as US TSX or not...
Fit the head unit and monitor in using the factory brackets (for MP3) However you won't use your factory head unit and the buttons on the steering any more.
