G-Timer/G-Tech...Do they really work?

Hi guys, I was just wondering what your thoughts are on the G-Timer/G-Tech? In your experience with these products, are they accurate?

my buddy has one and has used it at the track and it is Very accurate.his on 3 runs averaged.004 to .009 off, which is very good
