Final Alarm Question!!
Final Alarm Question!!
I've read basically every post about alarms and I just have a few final questions before I get mine this week. It seems like Clifford is the way2 go, I just want to look like I know what I'm talking about when I go to the alarm shop. Last minute opinion needed people, I'm going for my alarm on Thurs, maybe Wed. If u cast a vote please tell me why I should use the alarm u suggested as well as the features, I'm real anal about this because I don't want my headlights stolen AGAIN & this is not a cheap investment, from what I hear they cost close 2 a G$.(I'm not as rich as some of u) Also, If anyone can suggest a good shop to go and have one installed, I'm in NYC...
When I got my Clifford a little over 2ys ago it was suggested they were among the best. They are also very user friendly & I like the way you can adjust some sensors without going back to the alarm shop. The biggest selling point to me was the fact it had anti-carjacking features built-in. This was a very important feature for me to get. I wanted to get this to help protect the car from getting jacked. They can jack you but the car won't go very far fom you. This is when the system well set its trap but its less chance of the car being damage & you can recover it in a short distance. The Master remote will let you adjust some sensor sensitivity. Depending on the model, features & option it has a lot offer a lot of stuff. The Clifford is a high technology vehicle security system. If you have not gone to its website you can get the name of dealers near you by entering your zip code.
