Fatmat, B-quiet, Dynamat, and Cascade.

I have been lookin at all these sound deadners and does anyone have any background info on fatmat. I mean it does the same thing as dynamat for half the cost. I see a kit on ebay for 99.99 for 100sq ft. Or 44 sqft for $49.99.

me personally i use cascade since it is not tar based and does not give your car that tar smell...

This is true...for the first month or so, the tar/aluminum stuffs smell real bad. Dynamat extreme doesn't smell though (or may be doesn't smell much if any).

For an inexpensive alternative, try Peal N Seal. I got it at Lowe's and did the doors of my MDX. Works as good as all the others. I did the inner and out door skins and I did notice a big difference in road noise and some extended bass of the mids.
