TL: Factory Navi player does not spin.

Factory Navi player does not spin.
I'm having issues with the cd player in the trunk. The player gives a reading error on the navigational screen and I went ahead a checked the player and the cd is was not spinning which causes it from reading the navigation dvd. Has anyone had this problem.
