I have an 04 TL with factory navi but it needs the code and everytime when I try to put the code it's like the touchscreen doesn't work or is frozen. I press the numbers and use the little knob but nothing happens. Also after its on for a couple seconds the screen goes blank. My radio works though so I'm kind of stuck. T.I.A if anyone can help me out. P.S. I also tried using the numbers on the radio and no luck
