Error "COdE.E"

ok yesterday i left my lights on in my car...battery went dead, and as i got my car jumped started my stereo has come up with that Error message on it (COdE.E) and its not letting me push any buttons to get the right numbers in there. also where do i find the code in the car? do i have to unhook the stereo itself and then hook it back up so it will let me enter that code. PLEASE HELP!!

try unhooking your battery. then your code should be on a litttle card in your leather manual case in the glovebox

oh and did you try entering #s in and didnt have the correct #s?? if so you may have locked the unit up
