Engine Noise

Hi guys im in need of SERIOUS help. Had it taken to a shop two times. First time they regrounded everything and today reran new rca wires. I STILL GET ENGINE NOISE!!! I have a Eclipse avn 5510 with polk db components with a infionity amp powering it. Also have a fosgate p3 and amp sub system hooked to a 4.0 farad performance tekhnique cap. Everything is good but when volume is low i get a light hissing sound and engine noise. Any ideas on what i can try? Tired of paying to have it looked and not solved.

Sorry if you already checked for these things but I'll suggest some,

-all grounds are the shortest length they can be, grounded to an area free of paint, and are of the same gauge as the power wire going in?
-check the head unit ground(stock or aftermarket, either way)
-try a ground loop isolator(easy but not guaranteed or a proper fix)
-using high quality twisted pair shielded RCA's?
-try removing components and seeing if the noise still occurs(remove cap, test, remove amp, test)
-does it occure with the engine off?

I had a slight problem until I used a ground wire kit for the engine bay.

I would check to see if the noise is there with the receiver out of the dash.

I had a noise that I could not figure out, after checking grounds, etc i realized that the noise was not there when i had the receiver pulled out of the dash, so just for giggles i took some aluminum foil and neatly folded and placed it inside of the dash along where the back of the receiver was. to my surprise the shield actually worked and I have had no noise since. cheap solution to a very annoying problem, if the noise is only there when in dash.

Isnt that suppose to be a good thing? I also get a loud hissing sound as if speakers are up all the way with a pause going.
