electrical lighting problem

first i had new h4 wiring harness put in to support higher voltage. they worked fine. then i removed both my parking lights, bumper and corners... then one side of the headlight changed from white to yellow. one yellow 1 xeon white.

anyway, i took back to the body shop and they tested this and that and swap some things so now both headlight light up on high beem and can't be switched from normal driving light to high. they end up the same. as well high beem will go off completely after driving for a while.

anyway, now i put on my clear bumper lights and my headlight is gone again. 1 side yellow, 1 side dark. anyone know what's wrong?

the only light with no bulbs now are my parking lights beside the headlight on my 1998 2.5 TL. what can i switch around to try out?
