In the door, yes, for road noise and overall performance in acoustics.

Dynamat is a sound dampening material. It is about 1/8 inch, sort of like thick tin foil, with a sticky side. You can take your door panel off and put it on the inside of the door skin. It is also used in trunks to stop rattles. Essentially you are putting an extra layer of "skin" on the inside of your car to stop rattles and keep the road noise out, and the good noise (your music) in.

hey guys...

i was interested in adding dynamat in the doors, so i went to the dynamat site...there are like five different kinds of dynamats...which one are we supposed to use? Do we need special tools, methods, chemicals to install these bad boys?
