downfiring sub box?
Hi guys,
Quick question on what a downfire sub setup is. I went to a shop and they said its a popular setup for them. I guess the box
just faces down in the trunk. I'm looking at adding some bass(either JL 250/1 w/1 12" JLW3 or maybe a JL 500/1 w/15"W3 or
another sub that can handle about 400-500W). I know sealed boxes deliver tight, clean bass while bandpass is for more of a loud boom. Any ideas/opinions on downfire setup? Thanks in advance for your help!
