Does the TLS have a "mute" input?
Does the TLS have a "mute" input?
Im trying to install a parrot ck3000 evolution, and need to know wether our stereo has a mute input? Also is there any advantage to getting an iso adapter (assuming the honda one works) other than it makes the install easier?
I don't use ISO adapters, I hack all the wires off and save a ton of mess.
I recommend using an outboard speaker too (especially if you have an aftermarket amplified system).
PM me your email and I'll send you a diagram of what I do. We carry Parrot in the shop.
Edited to add: And I'd just break the Radio Switch wire with a relay.

Well, I don't use the voice control (don't use it on the TSX nav either), but I like having the phone book in it on the 3100.
It's a little glitchy, but livable. With the voice cmmand keywords on occasionally I'd off-hook the phone - hanging up on a caller or muting the stereo while the Parrot waited for me to dial. Parrot recommended that I use longer trigger words, but turning it off worked too : )
