Does A-pillar cover come off?

Does A-pillar cover come off?

Im trying to hard wire my V1 & I dont want to run the cord infront of the side airbags id rather run the wire closer to the side of the glass. But I need to get the trim off. Has anybody ever taken the a pillar cover off & how did you do it. My helms manual doesnt come until wedensday.

I wouldn't even think about taking off any part with an Airbag badge on it unless I'm disabling the whole system...

Yes it will. The pdf file for the installation of the DVD multimedia from Acura explains how. Search for it online, or right here in the forum.

Do you hang your radar detector off the visor? Otherwise you can power it from the rear view mirror, that's the cleanest setup IMO
