Anyone have experience with the diversity tuning antennas on mobile tv systems? I have a tvx5653 from clarion and the reception sucks. I only have one antenna though, its mounted on the right side of the winshield. One running down the right side and the other part running along the top. Whats the best antenna out there and mounting locations cuz im thinking of redoing the whole antenna thing...
Oh yes and one more thing, it seems to me that the radio reception suffered after I installed my autopc combo/tvx5653(which uses a built in fm modulator for sound) Is there anything I can do to improve my reception(both tv and radio!)

It doesn't matter how many or where you mount diversity antennas, although the best mounting place would be down the sides of the front window since it's the clearest path for the waves to travel to.

Reception will stink with mobile tv tuners no matter what and no matter where you live. There isn't really anything much you can do about it. I wouldn't even waste the money adding another antenna or anything, it's just not worth it unless you are parked and parked CLOSE to the tv signals origin.
