How about this?

I'm working right now. just to give you an idea. The job is pretty tough. You have to cut several brackets in the dash area. The brackets are intented for the optional Navi screen.

Sam,
It's too late now. I'm about to be done with it. However, a template wouldn't benefit anyone unless you guys buy the same screen as mine. It takes ball to do this kind install cuz you'd be cutting the chasis and brackets. If someone feel like doing the same setup, I'll help but I'm not gonna post a template for it. Sorry.

Here are things that were removed in the process.

The plastic piece is from behind the dash.
2 metal pieces are from the side brackets.
The silver piece is the top face of the screen. Except for that piece, the screen remains intact.

There are several places where I had to trim to get the clearance including the area next to the plastic piece and the top of the stock HU (look at the pic carefully and you will see it).

duh! didn't attach the pic.

Here is what it looks like now. I had to make the cover out of plexi glass then painted it. I'll redo it once I get a hold of the guy who's keeping my material.
