How much would someone charge me to build an amp rack similar to this to hold one amp in the same area this box is located???

You are saying you want the amp in place of the box, correct? Flush mounted in there?

 

Yes, I want the amp flush-mounted like the box is in the picture, but the only problem is my amp resides on the back of my current box which has a 45degree back on it... So, basically there would have to be a way to hold the amp flush-mounted to the board without resting on the box...
Possibe?!!??
