Is it possible to just get a touchscreen monitor and have it connect to a computer in the truck and bypass all that other truck junk you can get? How would a CPU hold up in the truck/ would I need a special one?

there are couple of 2nd gen cl's and tl's over there.

i have my screen custom molded where the stock radio goes and put my computer's guts in the glove.

i used to have it behind the screen. there is a lot of space where the stock hu goes.
