Cool Comments please - about to upgrade!

Okay, I finally think I have everything ready for upgrading my 4 door speakers and powering them with 2 external amps - here's the list of equipment/accessories I'm using and will have also have the EQ Bypassed:

JL VR650s Front
Pioneer 65x2 Amp
JL TR650s Rear
Kenwood 50x2 Amp
2 Stinger LOCs
Stinger 4/8 Distribution Block
4 Awg kit
2nd pair of RCA cables

2 main questions - am I missing anything? AND
CAN I STILL KEEP THE SUB POWERED WITH THE STOCK HU???

DC

only other thing i can see that isn't mentioned that you would need is speaker wire to run from whereever you mount the amps to behind the radio (this under the assumption that you do this like most four channel amps are done)

With this setup, can I still keep the sub-woofer powered by the stock head unit?

yup although i wouldn't be shocked if it was a little drowned out by the eq bypass and amped door speakers.

No problem there - if it just serves as a little rear fill - I'm okay, I never really thought of it as a "SUB" anyway!
