hey guys, i dropped my lcd remote and the chip inside seperated. it still turns on but i think it has been deprogrammed. does anybody know how i can re-program the remote to the alarm? my car has been unlock for days and im not feeling so safe! hELP!

 

I'm not sure if this will fix your problem, but whenever I replace the battery in the remote responder, I need to click the unlock button several times to re-sync the remote with the alarm system.

 

do you press unlock or lock? the manual says lock

You may need a new responder. The RSX 3.5 remote cost about $110.

 

The manual will let you know how to reprogram the remote. Doesn't it? I think I read it in there a while back. I think that a new remote will cost about $90 to $100 on eBay. I need to get one myself so if you get a hook up let me know. I know like 3 other people that also needs it.
