My 6 cd changer is showing an error (CHECK) and will not eject the cd's. I got 4 of the 6 out before it quit ejecting them. I believe that a dvd was inadvertantly put in it. Is there a way to manually eject a cd if I can get the HU out? Acura wants $450 to take it out and send it in, not even knowing if it is broken and I'd rather fix it myself. Anyone got any ideas? You can try certain things like holding down specific disc numbers or holding down the eject or load.. But there is not a manual eject.. Best of luck..

 

Try it at different temperatures--say when the car has been sitting in the sun vs. first thing in the morning. Hope it works, because taking it out of the dash and then taking it apart would be big chore.
