TL: Changed Tranny now Navi is all over the place

Changed Tranny now Navi is all over the place
My navi worked fine in my 99 TL and I recently did a tranny install. After the install the navi is all over the place, It shows me in the wrong area but still tries to route, Navi is off by aloooooooooot. I did the reset and also did the navi check system.
Any Ideas?
