I stuck a cd in the player the other day & it got stuck, error message just read error. The dealership said they would order me a new one since I'm under warranty & they don't fix cd players. I did a search on the forum & someone mentioned sticking another cd in the player & that should correct the problem. Well, It did & it didnt. The original cd came out & the player now works but the 2nd cd I put in is stuck. The cd player works now even though another cd is still stuck. What should I do now? Should I just let acura replace it since a new one has been ordered? Or can I get the other cd out on my own & still have the player functioning correctly??

 

I had a cd stick cuz it had a label on it making it too thick for the rollers. Could be yours is simply maladjusted. Its interesting, tho, that yours will play while one cd is still 'stuck'.

I would definitely have them replace the unit. It sure would be nice to get a whole new changer altogether, but I don't think they offer any others. And they probably wouldn't give you cash for it so you could replace with 3rd party unit.
